The manager will be responsible for the management of The Ford
Counselling and Psychotherapy Centre and the implementation and

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE A PROVEN RECORD IN:
* The clinical management, appraisal, and the professional
development of the counsellors.
* Communications with clients, staff, the Board and relevant
stakeholders.
* Managing budgets and resource allocation.
* Managing schedules and timelines for clients and counsellors.
* Managing risk assessment, governance, and quality assurance.
* Change management
The salary offered will be commensurate with experience.
